Amy Geise is an Associate Business Analyst – Tableau Developer at PharmaKonnect, where she designs and delivers user-friendly, data-driven dashboards to support strategic decision-making in the healthcare space. With a strong focus on UI/UX, she builds and manages Tableau dashboards, ensures data consistency across multiple sources, and supports the company’s performance metrics reporting, including QBRs. Amy also manages the Tableau Online environment and provides technical support to users across the organization. She brings over 20 years of healthcare and analytics experience, with a background in data management, business analysis, and specialty pharmacy.

Before joining PharmaKonnect, Amy held various leadership roles at Capgemini/LiquidHub, where she managed large-scale service delivery programs for pharmaceutical clients. She led cross-functional teams, implemented data quality improvements, and built efficient processes using tools like JIRA to support pharmacy operations and analytics.

Amy also spent seven years at Amber Pharmacy/HyVee Pharmacy Solutions in roles ranging from Business Intelligence Analyst to Finance Analyst. She managed end-to-end projects, aligned IT solutions with business needs, and worked closely with development teams to deliver reliable reporting tools and data systems. Her earlier career included roles in insurance benefits, quality assurance, and customer service, giving her a comprehensive view of the healthcare ecosystem.

She studied nursing at the College of Saint Mary and business management at the University of Nebraska in Omaha. Amy is pursuing her Project Management Professional certification and remains active in the healthcare community through volunteer work with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Pinky Swear Foundation.
