As a pharmacist, she has dedicated her career to advancing the research, development, and delivery of high-touch biopharmaceuticals, shaping the future of patient care and access for individuals with complex and rare conditions. Her expertise has led to advisory roles with the United States Food and Drug Administration, where she contributed to drug safety, risk management, and product approvals, bringing critical insights from both the industry and patient perspectives.

Tina’s journey took a deeply personal turn when she faced her own diagnosis of breast cancer. Navigating the healthcare system as both a professional and a patient, she experienced firsthand the gaps in care and support that many individuals encounter. This transformative experience ignited a new mission: to ensure that no patient ever feels abandoned or alone in their fight.

In 2024, Tina founded Tina’s Warriors, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging gaps in cancer care by delivering HOPE Kits to women undergoing treatment, raising awareness, and advocating for patient-centered solutions. Today, Tina’s Warriors partners with leading organizations and corporations to amplify the patient voice and drive meaningful change in oncology programs across the country.

As the co-founder and Managing Partner of PharmaKonnect, Tina leads a boutique consultancy that empowers pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, payors, and investors with strategic
guidance, data-driven insights, and advocacy-informed solutions. Her lived experience as a patient and advocate brings a rare authenticity to every engagement, ensuring that patient needs remain at the heart of every business decision.

Tina is also the co-host of the PatientRX Podcast, where she and her colleagues explore the intersection of patient experience, industry innovation, and advocacy. Through candid conversations with healthcare leaders, patients, and policymakers, the podcast amplifies the voices of those too often unheard, sparking dialogue and inspiring action across the healthcare ecosystem.
